Group Benefits
Groups of 20 or more qualify for exclusive rates on lift tickets, gear rental, and lessons when booked in advance through our sales team.
- Once you have met the minimum for group lift tickets, there is no minimum required for discounts on rental equipment or ski and snowboard lessons.
- Earn comp lift tickets based on the total number of tickets purchased.
- Arrange catered meals, food to go, après, or food and beverage vouchers with our sales team.
Programs
Groups of 20 or more qualify for discounts on lessons. Contact our sales team for details.
- Learn to ski or snowboard in our First Timers program. Ski and snowboard lessons for adults are available for half- or full-day.
- Half- and full-day private lessons are offered for all ages.
Policies
Group rates are available when a group purchases 20 or more lift tickets at least 7 business days prior to Group arrival. All completed and final order forms due (7) seven business days prior to arrival including full payment by one credit card. Epic Pass holders may be included in the total.
- Changes to order will not be available inside 7 business days of start date.
- Group leader is responsible for coordinating and collecting entire group order - tickets will not be available for individual pick up at the resort or delivered to lodging.
- Lift ticket prices are based on your first day of skiing including multi-day tickets that cross a season/price change. The price for the entire ticket will be based on the first day of skiing/riding.
- All tickets are non-transferable.
- Lift tickets are eligible for 10% returns within 7 days of departure as long as refunds do not reduce the total order to under group minimum of 20 tickets. This may adjust any comp lift tickets earned based on returns. Group organizer must drop unused tickets off at the office they were picked up at OR send pictures of the tickets to your Sales or Service Manager.
- All group tickets, lessons, and rental purchases go through Group Sales.
