Weather Report

Welcome back to winter 2025-26!  It was great to see the mountain come back to life yesterday and have everyone back on the hill.  Looking forward to our first weekend of sliding on snow together!  The snowmaking and grooming teams have been doing some great work out there and the trails are skiing great! We’ll kickoff the weekend with groomed access from the summit via the Sunapee Express on Bonanza, Old Goat (a natural zone), Westside, Toboggan Chute, Lower Blast Off, and Flyway.  Please note, there are no beginner trails open from the top.  In the base area, check out the terrain park located on Flyway next to the Sunapee Lodge and swing by the Middle Carpet to get in some turns on Coconut Grove.

Today will be a mostly cloudy day with temps of 27-31 at the base, and 22-26 at the summit.  Expect winds of 8-14 mph at the base, and 20-35 at the summit. 

The Sunapee and Summit lodges are open today with full services.  Please stow ski bags in the bag storage room in the basement of Sunapee Lodge.  Spruce Lodge is open for warming and restrooms only.  While you’re here, swing by Mountain Outfitters in the Sunapee Lodge next to Guest Services to check out the new merchandise for the season and check off your holiday shopping list early. The Rental Shop is located next to Spruce Lodge in Lot 1.
