Mount Sunapee's Mountaineer program is specially designed so children can learn the fundamentals they will need to enjoy a lifetime of skiing or riding all within a safe environment.
Kids get expert, caring instruction so they learn quickly and gain confidence. Mount Sunapee's South Peak beginner area comes complete with five lifts servicing 13 trails. This separate mini-mountain area is excellent for learning, allowing beginners to progress in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Mountaineers is offered in both half or full-day packages. Both packages include an all-mountain lift ticket, lesson(s) and rentals. A full-day package is 4 hours of lessons and includes lunch, our half-day package includes a 2-hour lesson. (Children must be 6 years or older to take snowboard lessons).
Also available is our Mountaineer Season Pass, giving your child access to unlimited group lessons any day of the week, all season long.
The Mountaineer Season Pass includes unrestricted skiing and riding at Mount Sunapee and Okemo.
