Job Descriptions

  • Ski Rental and Repair Shop Supervisor

We have an opening for a Ski Rental & Repair Shop Supervisor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hiring, training, and leading the team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop and other duties as required.

The ideal candidate must have excellent guest services skills and 3 to 5 years experience in a Ski Rental & Repair Shop as well as experience in managing a department and staff. The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent, computer and cash handling skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.  

This is a full-time seasonal position. Weekend and holiday work are required during the ski season.

  • Mechanic's Helper

We are looking for a dependable, full-time seasonal Mechanic’s Helper. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping with day-to-day maintenance and repair operations.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle and operate various kinds of equipment in a fast-paced environment. The ability to lift 75 pounds (heavy lifting), sit, stand, bend, reach, work on and under vehicles, snowmobiles, snowcats and walk on all types of terrain is required.

Some previous mechanical experience, basic hand tools and a valid driver’s license are also required.

  • Buildings and Grounds Supervisor

We have an immediate opening for a Buildings & Grounds Supervisor.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hiring and supervising the team, overseeing the maintenance and repairs of the buildings and grounds, and performing other duties as required.

The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs, work in all types of weather and access all areas of the mountain and facilities by foot, vehicle, chairlift, ATV, and snowmobile.

A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a department and its staff and a specific trade or in general building and grounds maintenance and repair are required.

This is a full-time year-round position, including weekend and holiday work as needed, and being on call for emergencies.
