Summit Dinners at Mount Sunapee

This summer we have scheduled four dinners, all of which are being held at the summit of Mount Sunapee. Below are the dates of the dinners along with brief descriptions of each. Please note space will be limited for these dinners and reservations are required. To make a reservation please call us Monday through Friday between 8am-4pm at 603-763-3500. A credit card will be necessary to secure your reservation.

September 1 - Beer Pairing with Harpoon Brewery at the Summit

A variety of beers and dishes ranging from appetizer to dessert will be served tapas-style by Mount Sunapee Executive Chef Joe Cole and a Master Brewer from Harpoon Brewery at the summit of Mount Sunapee.  21+ Only.

The Sunapee Express will open at 5:15pm and run until 5:45pm to get guests to the summit.

Menu items include:

• Assorted North Country Sausages, Cheeses, and Antipasti
• Carved Black Navel Pastrami with assorted hearty breads & mustards
• Chilled, Grilled vegetable Salad with Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
• Seared Rare Flat Iron Steak over carmelized onion-mushroom-bleu cheese compote served with potato turnip and crispy leeks
• Warm Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream

$45.95 per person. Must be 21 years old. Price includes gratuity. Does not include 9% NH Rooms & Meals tax.

June 30th - Clam Bake at the Summit

Join us at the summit for a traditional New England Clam Bake complete with littlenecks, lobster and corn on the cob. The Sunapee Express chairlift will open at 5:30pm and run until 6:00pm to get guests to the summit.  Cocktail hour is 5:45pm - 6:45pm and dinner will be served at 6:45pm.

$36.95 per person. Children 12 and under $11.95 includes hamburgers and hot dogs instead of seafood. Price includes chairlift ride and gratuity. Does not include 9% NH Rooms & Meals tax.   

Cancellations made before 4pm the Monday prior to June 30th will be accepted.

July 7th - Family Fun Night at the Summit

Tonight it's fun for the whole family!  The Sunapee Express chairlift will open at 5:30pm and run until 6:00pm to take guests to the summit.  Social hour is 5:45pm - 6:45pm and dinner will be served at 6:45pm. During the social hour there will be a scavenger hunt and face painting at the summit for the kids.

$22.95 per person. Children 12 and under $11.95. Price includes chairlift ride and gratuity. Does not include 9% NH Rooms & Meals tax.

Cancellations made before 4pm the Monday prior to July 7th will be accepted.

July 14th - Wine Pairing with Southern Wines & Spirits at the Summit

A variety of wines and dishes ranging from appetizer to dessert will be served tapas-style by Mount Sunapee Executive Chef Joe Cole and a sommelier from Southern Wines & Spirits. 21+ Only.

$45.95 per person. Must be 21 years old. Price includes chairlift ride and gratuity. Does not include 9% NH Rooms & Meals tax.

• Select Cheeses & Red Grapes
• Ahi Tuna w/ Wasabi Aioli
• Fresh Salad w/ Vine-Ripened Grape Tomatoes & Boccacine mozzarella
• Prosciutto Wrapped Melon
• Chicken w/ Wild Mushrooms served in a Maderia demi glace
• Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Whipped Cream and Strawberries

In the event of inclement weather the Summit Dinners will be held in Goosefeathers Pub in Spruce Lodge.
