Mount Sunapee Alpine Programs & Rates

The Mount Sunapee Alpine Program is a weekend program run by Mount Sunapee and staffed by part-time employees. This program is a department within the structure of the mountain, and is dependent on the strong support received from all departments from snowmaking to food service.

The Mount Sunapee Alpine Program follows a long tradition of ski programs that includes ski racing, freestyle skiing and snowboarding to aspiring athletes. The athletes spend the majority of their time on the development and the refinement of skiing and snowboarding skills, with the emphasis upon strong fundamentals. They learn how to apply this in a competitive situation. As a program, we believe in helping the athletes acquire a love of the sport as a lifelong passion. The Alpine Program runs every weekend from the middle of December to the end of March, and includes Christmas Week and both Massachusetts and New Hampshire February vacations.
