Mount Sunapee Resort’s culinary staff provides all catering services. Catering service minimum is 50 people.

Other Important Information -

• Deposit - 50% facility fees required to confirm booking, non-refundable.
• Decorations - Please obtain a copy of decorating guidelines and schedules.
• Audio / Visual - Equipment is available for rental.
• Specialty Equipment - Linen, flatware, and stemware are included. Dance floors, table skirting, special chairs and covers, etc., are available for rental.
• Outdoor Set-up - Set-up fee assessed per event.

Culinary Minimums - excluding facility, cash bar, rentals, tax, and gratuity.

• Weekdays - $750.00
• Weekends - (Fri-Sun) $1,500.00
• Weddings - $2,500.00
