Sunapee Lodge

The Sunapee Lodge is ideal for large scale meetings with a capacity of up to 350 people.  The architecturally pleasing building is handicap accessible and fully carpeted.  A patio with picnic tables and a roll out awning make this space functional in any weather.

Facility Fees:

Monday - Friday (One floor) - $500
Both Floors - $800

Saturday or Sunday (One floor) - $1000
Both Floors - $1550

Goosefeathers Pub

Goosefeathers Pub is primarily used for large meetings and seminars and can accommodate up to 150 people.  This spacious room has a wrap around deck allowing you and your guests to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain.

Facility Fees:

Sunday - Thursday - $300

Friday or Saturday - $500

Hearthstone Room

The Hearthstone Room is located just steps from the mountain.  This new room is perfect for smaller groups of 35 or less.  A large fieldstone fireplace will keep your group toasty warm and relaxed.  Along with having full audio and visual services, this room has a place to stow all your gear and a private changing room.

Facility Fees:

Sunday - Saturday - $260
