Spruce Cafeteria is closed Monday - Friday for the remainder of the 2011-12 ski season.

The Spruce Lodge has every finger-licking food you could want.  Fresh salads, deli sandwiches, soups, chilis, muffins, hamburgers & hotdogs, chicken tenders, giant cinnamon rolls, and breakfast sandwiches are just a few items you will find in the Spruce Cafe.

Looking for a healthy start to a day of skiing and riding?  A very popular item is our yogurt parfaits available all day.  Choose from several toppings including mixed berries, strawberries, coconut, dried fruit, chocolate chips, granola, and more!  A great health snack to keep you going all day on the slopes.  

Lunch specials are also available including turkey dinners, lasagna, eggplant parmesan, and other tasty meals to warm-up and energize you.  If you are looking for a pub to enjoy a cold draft beer and waited service, check out the Goosefeathers Pub on the second floor.
