Learning to Ski or Ride?

Mount Sunapee has many fun and exciting ways to learn to ski or ride. Whether your looking to take a private lesson or learn to ski or ride as a family or a group. Mount Sunapee has the programs to make it happen!

Adult Programs

Adult Programs at Mount Sunapee are taught by some of the best instructors and experts in the business. Whether you're coming out for your first time or looking to improve your skills Mount Sunapee has a lesson that is right for you. Our adult programs include both private, group, seasonal, women's, and our special "Get Into" lesson programs.

MyPlace Program

The MyPlace program is geared for intermediate and advanced skiers/riders ages 13-17 looking to increase their skills in specific mountain areas. Offered weekends and holidays, the MyPlace instructor also video tapes parts of the 2-hour lesson and that video is posted online to watch with friends and family.

Children's Programs

Daycare and children's programs at Mount Sunapee provide fun, exciting and valuable learning experiences for your children as they learn to ski and ride. Plus, they allow mom and dad to enjoy themselves on the slopes.

Family Programs

Family Programs at Mount Sunapee are like no other. Our innovative family lesson programs like Families First and our new Tag-A-Long Lesson are great ways for families to spend time together and learn how to ski and ride.

Adaptive Ski Lessons

Adaptive Ski Lessons at Mount Sunapee are provided the New England Handicapped Sports Association and are for people of all ages and abilities. NEHSA's knowledgeable nurturing staff and instructors are all here to assist you and your family in enjoying winter sports.

Mount Sunapee Ski Tips

Mount Sunapee ski tips is a great way to prepare you for your first learning experience. Learn some health and exercise tips to help you get in shape for skiing/riding. Plus, you will also find a checklist to help with packing for your Mount Sunapee winter vacation.
