Get outside! Outdoor fun has never been so exciting at Mount Sunapee! You can soar over, under and around the trees...at the new ADVENTURE PARK. The Adventure Park at South Peak offers the same outdoor fun, challenge and exhilaration that skiers and snowboarders relish during the winter months. With ziplines up to 1,000 feet long and high ropes courses 40 feet in the air, plus, downhill mountain biking, 18-hole disc golf, several climbing walls and gravity jumps there is something for every excitement level at the Adventure Park.
Guided Canopy Zip-Line Tours - Learn more
The Canopy Zip-Line Tour features a series of zip-lines, rope bridges and rappelling as you descend from the top of South Peak. There are eight ziplines in total highlighted by the final 1,000’ dual ziplines to a platform behind the Welcome Center, from which you will rappel back down to earth. From the first tree platform to the last platform you will travel a distance of almost three-quaters of a mile above the forest floor. Groups zip through a canopy of oak, beech, maple, birch and evergreen trees. You'll also be able to spot native wildlife and flora on your tour. Reservations strongly recommended; walk-ins accepted if space is available.

Evolution Bike Park - Learn more
The Adventure Park is now home to the Evolution Bike Park, with trails complemented by lift access, full suspension Scott® bike rentals, lesson programs, trail patrol and mechanical support. Our new mile-long downhill "flow" trail winds its way down from the summit of South Peak. The "Dirt Serpent" is designed to be family friendly with banked turns and contours, plus has optional jumps and terrain to challenge more advanced riders. The "Sidewinder" is now open, too, offering more difficult terrain including jumps, wood bridges and rock gardens. Two more trails of varying difficulty are also available totaling four miles of lift-served, single-track.
Aerial Challenge Course - Learn more
Adventurers age six and up negotiate obstacles outside that stretch from tree to tree. From a central platform in the woods there is a beginner loop, two intermediate loops and an advanced loop totaling 32 obstacles that vary in height and difficulty. Obstacle activities include zip-lines, a net traverse, rickety bridges, monkey vines, a log crossing, plank bridges, rope bridges, swinging platforms and more. Everyone wears a harness and is locked onto a safety line as they make their way around the self-guided loops. Children and adults welcome!

Scale your way to the top of our climbing wall and test your mettle in the AMP Energy Gravity Jump. You get a combination of six jumps and/or climbs to use however you would like.
18-hole Championship Disc Golf - Learn more
Mount Sunapee’s Disc Golf Course winds its way in and out of the woods as it follows Province Trail down from the top of South Peak. Take the chairlift to the top of South Peak where you will find the first tee box. You'll cross over streams and stone walls, bend your throws around trees and rocks, and even tee off from the top of a cliff as you work your way along the mountainside. This is a great group activity! Discs designed especially for playing disc golf are available for rent.
“Wild Goose Waters” Miniature Golf Course - Learn more
The Wild Goose Waters 18-hole Miniature Golf Course is located at the base of the Adventure Park at South Peak. “Wild Goose Waters” is the Indian translation for “Sunapee”. The course is adorned with replicas of the three light houses on Lake Sunapee, and some even come into play. Get outside and have fun with the family. Stop by the Cooling Hut Ice Cream stand for some Gifford's® Famous Ice Cream.
Clipper Ship Chairlift Rides
Ride the Clipper Ship Quad chairlift to the top of South Peak and hike the Interpretive Trails to the bottom. Great views of Mount Sunapee. Up-hill ride only. Adults (ages 19-64) - $5. All other ages - $4. Age 3-5 Free.
