"I’d like to take this opportunity to say that I am extremely impressed with the work your snowmakers and groomers have done this past week as well as during the entire season.  They have literally had nothing to work with and have been able to create a wonderful skiing experience.  This past week I wasn’t sure about conditions, but I decided to go on Thursday.  What a pleasant surprise – it was the best skiing all winter!!!  Kudos again to the snowmakers and groomers.  They have worked so hard and it certainly shows.  The skiing was so wonderful, I went again on Friday – same results – thank goodness I have the weekend to rest and get ready for Monday on the slopes."

"Hello there!  I just wanted to thank everyone at the Learning Center for the MOST wonderful ski school experience I’ve had in the last five years.  Your system works beautifully, whisking the children inside, without parents to create angst or separation anxiety.  Your instructors were exceedingly patient and your staff at the front desk, especially Cheri, made the most pleasant ski school experience.  Not a person could have been nicer or more accommodating – we travel with three families and coordinating the kids for ski school has always been a challenge.  Not this year.  The kids had a ball, we had a ball, and now we’re home again with great memories of Mount Sunapee.  And I’m speaking for all three families here – we’re totally impressed!  Thank you so much!  Can’t wait to be back next year!"

"I have been a season pass holder for several years now and have always enjoyed skiing both Sunapee and Okemo.  Until today I haven’t had a need to use your customer services.

When I arrived this morning (at Sunapee) I realized I had pushed my car past “empty” in my zealous attempt to get “first tracks.”  Before catching the lift, I spoke to your customer service rep and told her my problem.  She made a couple of phone calls and told me to check back with her before day’s end and she would handle the problem I created.

At closing she “delivered” and a nice young man from maintenance gave me enough gas so I could “roll” to the Mobil in Newbury.

Her name was Adie.  Please extend my thanks again to her.  Also say the same to the young man from maintenance.
