Administrative Assistant - Full Time Seasonal, Year Round

We have an immediate opening for full-time seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources Manager and Accounting Manager. General office administration skills with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Experience in Power Point, Kronos, and JD Edwards is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting daily functions such as data entry, filing, faxing, copying, answering phones, cash handling, processing accounts payable and receivable, recruitment, applicant processing, and special events. Our ideal candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality, pay attention to detail, and have outstanding organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma, or equivalent, with 2 years of administrative support experience is required. During the winter, weekends and some holidays are required. Job Fair - Thursday, October 26th - 4pm to 7pm

Employment typically begins when the snow starts to fly and the ski season gets underway.

We will be hosting our annual Job Fair on Thursday, October 26th from 4pm to 7pm in our Sunapee Lodge.

First Time Applicants
If this will be your first time applying for a position, you must attend our Job Fair.  This will give us, and you, the opportunity to meet in person and have any questions answered.  Please complete our online application at the bottom of this page prior to attending the Job Fair.

Returning Employees
If you worked with us during the 2016-17 ski season and the 2017 summer season, you are not required to attend the Job Fair.  We only ask that you complete our online application at the bottom of the page.
