Director of Culinary Operations - Full Time Year Round

Mount Sunapee Resort has an opening for a dynamic individual to join our leadership team as the Director of Culinary Operations. Mount Sunapee’s culinary goals are to provide the best culinary options for our guests with helpful and friendly service. Mount Sunapee’s culinary operations consist of a high-volume, four-outlet winter operation along with summer operations which also includes a strong, high-end catering business. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall culinary operations including staff training, menu development, preparation of the annual budget, cost controls, and labor and revenue management. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in culinary operations which includes developing and executing culinary strategy, leading by example, complying with NH food safety, health and liquor regulations, and a valid driver’s license. This is a fast-paced position in a resort environment. Strong communication skills, ChefTec and Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to train and manage staff is required. This position requires working a flexible schedule based on culinary operations which includes weekends, holidays, and day and evening shifts. Human Resources Specialist

Okemo Mountain Resort, a Best Places to Work in Vermont, has an opening for an enthusiastic individual to join our year round team as a Human Resources Specialist. A large focus of this position is recruitment and training for our four-season resort. The ideal candidate is motivated by sourcing candidates into a fun, fast-paced work environment. Must be creative and continually seek new opportunities to share our Okemo brand, expanding applicant pools. Payroll Assistant

Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking a qualified individual to join our full-time year round team. The ideal candidate will support daily payroll functions to include maintaining personnel files, assisting with garnishments, security of records and payment processing for bi-weekly payrolls in a multi-company/state environment. This position requires strong and accurate data entry skills as well as attention to detail with a minimum of two years previous payroll experience. Microsoft Excel experience required and knowledge of JD Edwards and Kronos Timekeeper software a plus.
