Assistant to the Sales Manager

Full-time Year-round
We have an immediate opening for an Assistant to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detailed, organized, personable, and highly accurate with strong guest service skills. Primary responsibilities include supporting the Sales Department in day-to-day operations, which focuses on weddings and banquets from spring to fall and ski groups in the winter. Daily communication within and outside of the organization is necessary, scheduling group ski trips, event/wedding coordination, bulk mailings and providing excellent guest service both on the phone and in person. Hospitality or related degree/background is preferred. Weekends and holidays required. If interested, please fill out an application online. IT/Network Administrator

Full-time Year-Round
We have an immediate opening for an IT/Network Administrator. Responsibilities include implementation, maintenance, and support of company network, servers, PBX, email, and POS systems, with an emphasis on supporting users of all hardware and software applications. Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to prioritize and attention to detail is a must!
