We have an immediate opening for a Supervisor to oversee the food and beverage operations in our Summit Lodge Cafeteria. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, energetic, take-charge person, with outstanding guest service skills and supervisory experience in the food service industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff, monitoring cash flow, and complying with labor, health, and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing regular inventories, ordering and maintaining supply levels, planning daily specials and preparing food. A high school diploma, or equivalent, and 5+ years of relevant food service experience is required. ServSafe certification is preferred.
This is a full-time position during the ski season. Weekends and holiday weeks are required.

The ideal candidate will support daily payroll functions to include maintaining personnel files, assisting with garnishments, security of records and payment processing for bi-weekly payrolls in a multi-company/state environment. This position requires strong and accurate data entry skills as well as attention to detail with a minimum of two years previous payroll experience. Microsoft Excel experience required and knowledge of JD Edwards and Kronos Timekeeper software a plus.
