The photos are presented by Mount Sunapee free for editorial
use. Mount Sunapee has purchased all editorial rights and offers
the photography free of charge to newspaper, magazine and book art
directors, editors and writers for their non-exclusive use in
illustrating all ski-related editorial. Mount Sunapee warrants that
it owns all editorial rights for each photo contained within and
that it has obtained model releases for each person featured in the
photography. Mount Sunapee requests that photos used be accompanied
by an appropriate photo credit, in conformance with the
publication’s policy, such as: Photo Courtesy of Mount Sunapee.
If the photography is desired to illustrate an advertisement or
for other non-editorial use, such rights remain with the
photographer and photo agency and must be negotiated separately.
